AT&T - The Rant
I get a lot of sales literature from AT&T.
Nobody. Absolutely Nobody sends me such elaborate, fancy, expensive-looking sales literature.
Why would I want to purchase products from a company that has to keep the prices high enough to send all this expensive sales literature to badger their own customers?
It's an ostentatious waste of their customers' money.
If I could switch my land-line to someone else, I would. Unfortunately, VOIP would go down every time the cable goes down and the only DSL provider in my area is, you got it, AT&T.
