When did this happen?

Go Here.

Don't Miss This Part:

"Consistent with The Postal Accountability and Enhancement Act, we will adjust our mailing services prices each May. By law, these prices can increase on average no more than the rate of inflation as measured by the Consumer Price Index. We plan to provide 90 days' notice of the new prices each year, to help mailers prepare for the change."

I do a mailing every month. We purchase pre-printed stamped envelopes from the USPS because it is an incredible pain to stamp envelopes and when they pre-print them, the price is actually pretty competitive. But whenever their prices change, I end up having to stick extra postage on all the pre-printed envelopes.

And you can't get "forever" pre-printed envelopes.

GRRRRRRR!!!!!!!
